Mahoromatic: I'm Home

Mahoro is still functioning
This is a 2 episode OVA that takes place sometime in the middle of the series. The girls in Suguru's class are having a maid cafe during the town festival. Suguru and his buddies are gonna hlep out also. They ask Mahaoro and Minawa to help out. They have a good time, but are interrupted by that pesky child android form the Management.

This is another nice OVA. The ending of the story was a little teary and emotional. I like that they released 2 fun OVA's after the end of the series. The animation isn't as fluid as in the series. There are horizontal lines acros the screen when the characters move, but you can ignore most of it. All the voice actors are the same, so this fits into the story line perfectly. The bottom line is, if you like Mahoromatic, you'll like this OVA. I have the complete collection, whick has everything except this OVA. I understand that the Ultimate Collection has everything. Buy this if you have seasons 1 + 2 and the summer special, otherwise get the "Ultimate Collection"
For those of you new to Mahoromatic, just know that: Mahoromatic isn't new. The manga dates back to around '99 ~ '04 ('04 ~ '06 for Tokyopop's release for North America) and the anime around '01 ~ '03; the 2-episode "I'm Home" special is a little more recent with an original air date of October 2009. I enjoyed this dvd very much. I have all of the mahoromatic dvd's. They r all fun to watch. I recommend this dvd for everyone whether your a (Mahoromatic) fan or not. You will enjoy it just like I did.
